Our comprehensive maintenance services include oil changes, thorough inspections of belts and hoses, battery replacements, fuel system servicing, and complete preventative maintenance procedures. These services are designed to keep your vehicle running efficiently and reliably. Why can’t you give me an estimate over the phone?
We do not give a price over the phone for several reasons. First, our technicians need to physically examine the vehicle to correctly diagnose the issue. Every vehicle also has a unique history, including its maintenance and how it was driven. A proper inspection allows our technicians to identify all issues and provide an accurate estimate. Seeing the vehicle and meeting the customer in person also builds trust, and we are able to ask questions to help understand the problem better. How much is an oil change?
Every vehicle has its own requirements for an oil change. These requirements vary based on the type of oil (synthetic or synthetic blend) and how much oil the engine requires. Why can’t you install parts that I bought for my vehicle?
We cannot install your parts because our insurance will not cover the cost of your part’s failure. We also cannot warranty your parts, which means you would have to pay for labor twice if your part fails. Why do you still need to diagnose my check engine light when the local auto parts store already did?
When your local auto parts store reads your check engine light, it only provides a generalized system failure. Some systems require specialized tools to pinpoint the exact component failure. Having an accurate diagnosis saves you time and money in the long run.
